Heritage at Longview Healthcare Center provides a unique environment where you will find the highest quality of nursing care. Our dedicated and compassionate staff has made Heritage at Longview Healthcare Center home for over 30 years.

Our success in part is attributed to attending to not only the physical needs of our residents but to their social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our interdisciplinary team of professional physicians; nurses; occupational, physical, and speech therapists; social services; dietary; and support staff work to ensure that each resident maintains dignity, good health and happiness.

Our 150 bed licensed home provides skilled care and rehabilitation for those needing short or long term residence. Heritage at Longview Healthcare Center is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and accepts most private insurance.

Whether for a short-term transitional stay, rehabilitative care prior to returning home, or long-term care placement, we put our patients’ needs first. Treatment and therapy goals are directed by a written plan of care structured specifically for the needs of each individual.

Patients are welcome to personalize their rooms so they will feel more at home during their stay. Family involvement is encouraged. We accept referrals and admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Admissions may be recommended by a physician, social worker, case manager, or patient’s family.

Pre-admission procedures include a clinical assessment and an nsurance/financial review. Upon completion, patients meeting admission criteria will be admitted to the most appropriate level of care.

Heritage at Longview Healthcare Center staff members are happy to assist families and hospitals in pursuing all available funding options, including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, HMO, and Private Pay.
